BELLY2BELLY WALKING is an activity that using the Nordic Walking technique in combination with the ergonomic carrying of the baby.

BELLY2BELLY WALKING focuses on mommies and their babies aged 2 months to approximately 2,5 years. 

Under professional supervision endurance, strength, agility, balance and coordination of the young moms will be reinforced. While walking a lot of attention is paid to the proper technique in order to avoid injuries.
